The car
is going from blue to white. Andy has to peel off the clear
protective coating which is applied by Autoshell.
This picture
shows the roof being glued to the tail section. We use epoxy
cabosil and a layer of carbon fiber.
When it's
cured, we grind it with a slight radius and then apply the
good old body filler.

Jack is
the mudslinger.

I am the
finish meister.

Andy is
sanding the nooks and crannies.

Danny
is preparing wheels for paint.

The wheels
get painted base coat white and then dayglo red.

Here,
the wheels are painted white.

The base
coat needs to dry at least 45 minutes before applying the
dayglo red. The webmaster is leaving so you'll get the update
on the color tomorrow.
