Another inner fender panel is getting an 1/8 inch of Divinicell foam panel. This will make the inner fender well very strong.

Remember, this could be done using Nomex honeycomb and an Autoclave, but that's beyond our budget and we don't care about a little extra weight.

The part is ready for trimming.

This is the foam layer before the layup.

Close up. The glass will extend onto the carbon 1 1/2 inches.

After Jack made the fender wells, he skinned the roof with a layer of carbon. The 2 inch tape you see will be removed after the cure and will leave smooth edges. The center roof duct will get glued in tomorrow.
