Poly converts to Alex

Policastro sells the 2001 RS to Minkin. We have ordered a 2003 RS for Joe and Jay Policastro. Long live Poly!

Minkin is partners with Bartkiw, together they own the Gunnar 966 and Eddie the 2000 GT3R (Van Halen). Here Jack and Andy are taping Poly off for paint.

In the background is Mark Minkin, we have just told him that his new car will be renamed Alex. Alex is Alex Van Halen, Eddie Van Halen's brother. Since the paint scheme will be the reverse of Eddie we thought the car needed to be named Alex. Mark says "Well okay".

In this picture the scarlet paint is being removed.

These parts are ready for primer.

The car is now painted polar white and is being assembled. It will get striped in the next 3 days.

The fenders have just been installed, now getting ready for the giant stripe job.

Tail lights installed, the bumper and tail will be installed this afternoon.

The original paint job is white so the color stays in the cockpit.

Doors are ready to be installed, this takes 15 seconds per side.
