The engine is just about ready for cylinders.

Notice the studs on the far side are different from the closer ones. The closer side are brand new and the far side will be replaced shortly.

Here are the studs side to side. The one on the left is from the '80s and the one on the right is brand new. Porsche seems to have finally solved their head stud problem now with the new ones.
(They're Ready Rod).

There's an action shot of a stud being put in.

The arrows are pointing to oil spritzers that spray into the pistons.

Here is an oil cooled piston. The arrow shows the hole where the oil being sprayed from the spritzer enters.

Here are the pistons going on.
