Porsche 917-01-021 Reconstruction

Update (07/20/00) - The final fitting of the body, and floor, are taking place today, (July 18th). The body will then be removed, along with the engine and suspension, and the chassis will be painted on Monday, July 24th. The car will make its competition debut at the HSR Brumos Daytona Continental Historics, December 1-3, of this year. This will be one of the four Porsche 917's, Gunnar Racing will be bringing to the event, which is featuring Porsche.
