The undertray is now structurally finished.

Now, we'll dura tech the underside.

When the undertray is refit to the car, we'll re-glass it with "S" weave.

These look good now, but the sad news is that when the headers and tail pipes are reinstalled, they will be so close to the undertray that the glass will take a beating from the heat.

Jack did a great job putting all the flanges back on the undertray.

It's now sanded to the gel coat. A little bit of bodywork and dura tech and it will be ready to install.

Here you can see structural cracks in the gel coat.

The gel coat and all the bodywork will be sanded until the surface cracks are gone.
