Jack is preparing the front side of the wheels.

When the primer is applied, it seeps into the joint between the center and the rim. This is a great way to seal the seam from dirt and grime. Jack is filling small cracks which appear after the paint has shrunk. The epoxy Jack is using will seal the cracks and leave a beautiful paint-ready finish.
