The ducts
are glued in, now comes the tedious task of making them cherry.
This is strictly
a finger job. The sad news is, nobody at Porsche ever took
the time to make the inside of these brake ducts nice, but
we do.

Detail, detail,
detail. Jack uses a spreader to push the cloth into the crease.

Andy uses a pencil
to mark the cut so there is a nice seam.

Andy holds the
cloth while Jack cuts. Jack is the cutter because Andy is
left handed and his cuts look like shark teeth.

Now a little resin.

WHALAH!!!! A beautiful
floor, and strong too.
