Yesterday's update was the big cooler re-installation. The arrow shows how much wider the air guide has to be, to clear the big cooler.

This is the other side. The tape fills the gap.

Now the gap is filled with cabosil and one layer of matt.

When the matt is cured, I will apply a cloth patch.

A little fine tuning.

Now I have to open up the cooler tray and lower it approximately 13mm.

I'll apply some lead weight and fill the gaps with epoxy cabosil and cloth for strength.

These cups are full of lead shot. The gaps have been filled. Tomorrow a little bodywork and red primer.
