This edge needed rebuilding on both sides. This is the edge of the sidepod, between the fender and the door.

Four hard days, but now we get this:)

Duratech to the rescue.

The duratech will be sanded with 150 grit and painted with gray urethane primer.

The primer will be waxed and then ready for the mold making.
