Jack is joining the door ledge with the panel that he has made (picture on right) to connect the fender to the ledge.

Jack has roughed up the surfaces where the roof brace will be attached and has indexed it with clekos and clamps.

Next, Jack will epoxy cabosil the brace to the roof.

He's acquired Andy's help because our body shop is about 120 degrees and the epoxy
(slow hardener) will kick in minutes.

It gets messy, so gloves are needed.

Little to the left, little to the right, one cleko and it's alright.

Once this brace is glued in, the roof will be solid as a rock.

Jack is now joining the two panels.
