Gunnar
G-3
May 6, 2003
Well, the G-3 needs
two seats. This seat is the plug so we can make molds and
add 962 seats to the list of seats we can make.
These
are just detailed shots for the upholsterer as we dissect
the seat.
This seat is the
original seat for the Dyson 962 S.N. 962-121. It will be re
covered as new.
There are two parts
to this mold.
The lower arrow
is the structural part of the seat and the upper arrow is
the seat itself.
Malita, now UCF
mechanical engineering graduate as of friday, is doing the
work on the seat.
Once the
foam is removed, the residue will be cleaned with lacquer
thinner.
It looks
like someone killed it, but it really is the upholstery.
